The Top Management Team of Multitronics reviews the Quality Policy and establishes quality objectives by process area based on measurables selected to ensure Customer Satisfaction. Quality Performance measurements are updated daily and reviewed weekly by the concerned Operations personnel. Additionally, Management Reviews include an assessment of Quality Performance trends.
